Start your morning being whisked away by yacht to a secluded island location on Sydney Harbour. We will begin with a nurturing sunrise yoga class followed by a gentle guided meditation. The yoga session will be tailored to the experience levels of the guests and will include healing hands-on assistance from our experienced Yoga instructor team.
Following your class, board the boat for brunch, where a healthy and delicious grazing table will be served, along with herbal teas, coffee, coconuts, green juices and kombuchas.
After brunch, Louise Walker from Footsteps will be sharing a workshop on ‘Morning rituals and Meditation techniques for health and inner peace’.
This workshop includes:
• Simple breath and meditation techniques to alleviate stress & create clarity and calm
• Daily rituals you can add into your morning routine
• Easy to implement tips for you to incorporate into your daily life
• Handout for you to take home
The remainder of your morning will be spent relaxing and taking in the stunning sights of Sydney Harbour while making similar minded new friends and being dropped back in time to enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
