Our on board caterer has designed menus to suit all occasions and budgets, using the freshest local meat, seafood and produce, we offer a variety of platters and grazing tables, as well as buffet style and sit down menus (available on request) Our John Oxley BBQ menus are the most popular, they are all prepared on board, consist of fresh Australian meats, seafood, salads and fresh bread. Guests also have the option to BYO, where our staff will be happy to assist in preparing and serving.
