Our on board chef has designed menus to suit every pallet using the freshest local meat, seafood and produce, plenty of canapé options, platters and sit down menu (available on request) if you prefer to keep it simple, take advantage of the John Oxley BBQ prepared on board and consisting of fresh Australian meats, salads and a selection of bread rolls. Guests also have the option to BYO, where you will have full access to the John Oxley’s commercial galley, cook top, BBQ and all kitchen appliances.
